SHEET CLAMPING SYSTEM

  • Automatic repositioning of sheets to process sheets wider than 2500 mm and automatic repositioning of clamps to process sheets also under the clamps
  • Three pieces of sheet holder clamp operating with pneumatic pressure and pinching sheet without causing any deformation thanks to spherical shaped holders.
  • Clamp safety check system prevents collisions between clamps and tools by comparing the clamps positions with part program.

SPEED and ACCURACY

  • Positioning accuracy is ± 0,05 mm.

AUTOMATIC INDEX STATIONS

CPP - Combined Plasma Punch Press
 

ERMAKSAN's CPP ( COMBINED PLASMA PUNCH PRESS ) series proven quality and experience in production of sheet metal workbenches is being presented to the utility of our clients open to technology and continuous innovation.

Strong mono block rigid C type body built up by welded steel and stress removed high acceleration axes designed to allow sheet loading from 3 sides economically lets the operation to be watched easily. 

 

 

The combination of HiFocus sensitive plasma cutting and hydraulic punching on a strong body.

The moving sheet on X Y axes on a stainless with roller balls type table by clamps can be cut as sensitive as required contour by servo motorized automatic height adjusted torch at plasma unit after being processed by perforating and/or forming operations at punch unit. It realizes cutting and perforating processes at high speed and accuracy, and has the capability aimed at mass production.

An alternative cutting process in comparison to other high cost cuttings.Furthermore the production period will be shortened on these kind combined workbenches because the worksheet will not be taken apart and transferred to different workbenches.

  • Automatic Clearance control IHT PCS 2100  When traveling downwards the vertical LINEAR DRIVE finds the surface of the work piece by smooth tactile touching, irrespective of surface conditions, such as rust or dirt, stops and moves to the preselected ignition height position. After ignition, it moves to the preset cutting height. The arc voltage is monitored during the cutting process. Clearance control is maintained by comparison of nominal arc voltage to the real arc voltage. Adjustments of all clearances may be preselected in millimeters or inches.

Tooling

6 in 1 multi tool D stationary or Thick Turret bottom and top tooling that has high sensitive and long lasting ERMAK BIEMMETI brand, be equiped with the machine as standart.

Upon customer request, three in one, four in one, six on one and eight in one multi tooling, additionaly for B, C and D type stations, can be added to machine. Sheet Metal Holder

MAX series, Tailift

MAX Series Punch Press Machine is the newly developed Multi Index Tools Turret Punch Press equipped with advanced Servo Hydraulic System, introduced by Tailift's professional R&D and production teams who have been dedicated to machineries for over decades.

 

The MAX series machines are the kings of Tailift turret punch presses. Thanks to ASHS (Advanced Servo Hydraulic System) the speed of the machines is extraordinary. The machines are equipped with four multi tool auto index stations. Either 3 B or 8 A Multi tools may be installed in the stations. Every Multi tool station may be auto-indexed 360 degrees.

Auto index stations are available for the MAX series machines. Two stations may be installed for screws M3–M6.

MAX 1250 / MAX 1250X

HPS series , Tailift

The HPS series machines represent the latest hydraulics technology. The strength of the HPS series is the speed and programmable ram stroke distance. Thanks to their adjustability, the machines may be supplemented with the Wilson Wheel tool or other marking or moulding tools. Auto index stations are available for the HPS series machines. Two stations may be installed for screws M3–M6.

Advanced German made Schneider Hydraulic Servo system with pressure valve to precisely control the speed volume and pressure of oil flow. HP 1250/ HP 1500/ HP 2500

HP turret presses are intended for the punching of the sheet metal up to 6.35 mm of thickness, and the HP 1250 - up to 1250x2500 mm, the HP 1500 - up to 1525x3050 mm and HP 2500 - up to 1525x4980 mm of sheet measurements. All models are intended for the punching of the large sheets of metal and with CNC and turret tools. The layout of the turret magazine tool is one of the optimal for the punching process.
